The Astrophysics & Cosmology group of the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) invites applications for several Postdoctoral positions for a start in 2022 (exact date is flexible). We are looking for highly-motivated, international candidates with a PhD in Physics to join our research group. Some of the research topics we are interested in are Cosmology and Dark Matter (V. Desjacques, A. Nusser), X-ray astronomy, and the development of gamma-ray-burst detectors (E. Behar), Supernovae, gravitational waves, stellar dynamics and planet formation (N. Soker, H. Perets), Active Galactic Nuclei (A. Laor). The group is involved in major international experiments including Euclid, XRISM, and ATHENA. Full Technion scholarships are available for successful applicants. Review of applications will begin on January 2022 and continue until all positions are filled.
