General Information The English Department, within Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, at Chapman University invites applications for a non-tenure-track instructor or instructional assistant professor of English with a specialization in Rhetoric and Composition for a one-semester (Spring 2022) interim full-time appointment. Qualifications Requirements include a Ph.D. or M.A. in English, Rhetoric and Composition, or a related field. Responsibilities: The faculty member will serve as Interim Writing Center Director and teach undergraduate courses in rhetoric and composition. Additional expertise in technical writing and/or linguistics is welcome but not required.
