Position Description

Postdoctoral positions in condensed matter theory are available at Prof. Kam Tuen Law’s group at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). 


Prof Law's research group is interested in general topics in condensed matter physics with emphasis on topological materials, moiré materials and superconductivity.  Recently, they are particularly interested in the study of quantum metric effects of flat band materials. The positions are for two years and an extension to a third year is possible depending on funding availability. The salary is highly competitive and commensurate with qualification.
