INTRODUCTION The School of Nursing at the University of Connecticut invites applications for a Statistician/Biostatistician/Epidemiologist for a non-tenure track position at the level of Assistant Professor in Residence. The position is suitable for candidates who wish to pursue an academic career with an emphasis on research support. Under the direction of the Dean and Associate Dean for Research and Scholarship, this position will be responsible for providing statistical expertise to support researchers at the School of Nursing, and will be actively involved in research activities and collaborate with investigators on research projects. APPOINTMENT TERMS This is a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure-track position that has the possibility of leading to a multi-year contract. The position has an anticipated start date of August 23, 2022. The successful candidate’s initial academic appointment will be at the Storrs campus. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
