Position Description
Junior Research Chair (JRC), International Centre for Fundamental Physics and its Interfaces (ENS-ICFP), Physics Department, Ecole normale supérieure (ENS), Paris, France ENS Physics Department opens up one postdoctoral position for a theoretician physicist as JRC holder, for a two-year contract. In addition to an internationally competitive salary, the position includes an attractive travel allowance. ENS Physics Department is recruiting an outstanding candidate with international experience. Research theoretical activities shall be on the following themes: Astrophysics, Biophysics: from cell to organism, Fundamental interactions, Quantum physics: from atoms to condensed matter, Soft matter, fluids and interfaces, Statistical and theoretical physics JRC holder shall teach within the Master ENS-ICFP, and be integrated into ENS Physics Department and its research laboratories, LPENS and LKB.
