Caltech invites applications for AWS Quantum Postdoctoral Scholar positions to begin in the Fall 2023. These three-year postdoctoral research positions are sponsored by Amazon Web Services as part of a broader collaboration between AWS and Caltech addressing fundamental scientific and engineering challenges in quantum science. Applicants will be asked to name at least one Caltech faculty member they would like to work with. This faculty member should be affiliated with one of the following Caltech Divisions: Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy (PMA), Engineering and Applied Science (EAS), Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (CCE). Electronic copies of your curriculum vitae, publication list (refereed papers on top), statement of research interests (no more than 5 pages, excluding references), and three letters of recommendation are required. Review of applications begins on November 15, 2022; applicants are strongly encouraged to submit all materials by that date. The appointment is contingent upon completion of a Ph.D.
