The Nancy E. and Peter C. Meinig School of Biomedical Engineering at Cornell University invites applications to fill a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. Exceptional candidates at all ranks will be considered. We are seeking candidates with expertise in the broad area of computational systems biology with a focus on applications to human health. We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in any of the following areas: machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer modeling for drug discovery, biomedical image analysis, computational genomics, protein structure prediction, computational approaches to the microbiome, and computational approaches to diagnostics.

Candidates must have an earned doctorate in engineering or a closely related field, with a demonstrated potential for success as an independent investigator and educator.
