Position Description
The High-Energy Theory group at the University of Utah invites applications for one or more postdoctoral positions to begin in August 2023. Areas of specialization include theoretical high-energy physics and particle astrophysics. The group consists of Professors Carleton DeTar, Paolo Gondolo, Gustavo Marques-Tavares, Pearl Sandick, Zhengkang Zhang and Yue Zhao. These positions are supported by Profs. Marques-Tavares and Zhang, but the postdocs are encouraged to also collaborate with other members of the group. The appointments will be for two years with possible renewal for a third year contingent upon satisfactory performance and the availability of continued funding. Your complete application must include a CV, publication list, statement of research interests, and 3-5 reference letters. Complete applications received by December 1, 2022 will receive first consideration. Later applications will be considered only as long as openings exist.
