The School of
Accountancy, Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University is
accepting applications for one or more tenure track assistant professor faculty
positions (entry level or experienced) starting Fall 2023. Qualifications
include a Ph.D. in Accounting or related field (to be completed no later than
August, 2023) from an AACSB accredited university and high potential for
research and teaching. We are particularly interested in candidates who can
accelerate the college’s strategic emphasis to build research capabilities and
academic programs in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence,
and fintech. The successful
application will join a school whose faculty and staff are committed to
innovative teaching, diverse, equitable, and inclusive excellence, and
interdisciplinary collaboration. Programmatic innovations have emphasized data
analytics, online content, and professional norms. Academic programs include
the B.B.A. undergraduate program, a Master’s in Professional Accountancy, a
Master’s in Taxation, an MBA with an accounting concentration, and a Ph.D.
program in Accounting. Georgia State
