Roy Lab at Duke University in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is seeking a postdoctoral scholar who (1) will make significant contributions to the research agenda of the laboratory, and (2) will work to mentor, train and educate the graduate and undergraduate students in the laboratory. Research in Roy Lab relevant to this position is focused on the electrical characterization of wide bandgap devices and studying radiation-induced degradation in these devices. The candidate is expected to develop new characterization tools to identify radiation-induced defects. Experience in the fabrication of wide bandgap devices is preferred. The candidate must hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields. The required documents for application are (1) CV and (2) two letters of recommendation.
