Associate in Research Huettel Lab / Dr. Scott Huettel Department of Psychology and Neuroscience The Huettel lab at Duke University is seeking a talented and energetic Associate in Research (acting lab manager) to manage research and laboratory activities. The appointment will initially be for a one-year term with renewal anticipated upon satisfactory performance. The Associate in Research will be part of a vibrant community of scholars in Duke’s Center for Cognitive Neuroscience. Duties in this position include the following:
The position includes opportunities for personal advancement, including collaboration on research projects, presentation of research at conferences, and other activities intended to build research skills. As such, it is ideal for candidates who seek to develop those skills in advance of subsequent training in graduate or medical school. This is a full time, grant funded position, eligible for all Duke benefits (https://hr.duke.edu/benefits) with an initial appointment of one year with the possibility of renewal, dependent on funding and performance. Anticipated start date is July 1, 2023.
