The Caltech Division of Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy solicits applications for the Brinson Postdoctoral Fellowship in Experimental Quantum Cosmology. The Brinson Postdoctoral Fellowship is for a three-year duration and to begin in the fall 2024, or a mutually agreeable date.
The Brinson Postdoctoral Fellow will have the autonomy to embark on their own path of bold research incorporating experimental techniques with applications in fundamental physics or cosmology. Broadly, the work is envisioned to fall under the umbrella of “experimental quantum cosmology”. Prospective applicants are encouraged to contact faculty members (accessible from this list) to gauge mutual interest .
Electronic copies of the curriculum vitae, publications list (refereed papers on top), and statement of research interests are required. The research statement should be no more than 5 pages, excluding references. The applicant is requested to ensure that at least three letters of recommendation are submitted on their behalf.
