Tenured Position in Robotics

The P.C. Rossin College of Engineering & Applied Science at Lehigh University invites qualified individuals to apply for a tenured position in the area of Robotics; tenure upon hire will be considered as appropriate for applicants’ experience and rank. Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. 

We welcome applications from candidates working in any area of robotics, especially those fundamental to improving the state of the art in human–robot collaboration, with emphasis on topics including, but not restricted to, cognitive robotics, robot perception, robot learning from demonstration, assistive robots, and/or robots for disability independence. A successful candidate will become affiliated with Lehigh's AIR Lab (Autonomous Intelligent Robotics Lab), and will have the opportunity to establish collaborations across the university, including Lehigh's College of Health, Institute for Cyber Physical Infrastructure & Energy, Institute for Functional Materials & Devices, and the Institute for Data, Intelligent Systems & Computation.
