What We Want: The Postdoctoral Associate will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in either machine learning, quantum computing, quantum Markov chains, quantum stochastic processes, or quantum Monte Carlo. Postdoctoral associate will be engaged in designing and implementing innovative methodologies, contributing to advancements in their chosen field. This role involves collaboration with experts in related domains, publishing research findings in top-tier journals, and presenting at conferences. What You Need to Know:

Salary Range: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience.

Required Education and Experience: Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing or a related quantitative field

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to perform theoretical or methodological or collaborative research

Preferred Education and Experience: Strong research experience in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, quantum computing or a related quantitative field

Responsibilities: Research: Conducts and presents research on statistical methodology.

Writing, Publishing, and Collaboration: Writes and publishes papers. Collaborates with other research team members within TAMU.

Creating Software: Creates software for the wide dissemination of the research and performs other duties as assigned.
