Position Description

The Duke University Department of History invites applications for a one-semester, part-time, non-tenure track appointment at the rank of Instructor to teach History 264: Latin American Wars on Independence in fall 2024.

Candidates must have the PhD in hand before the appointment begins. We are searching for an experienced teacher with extensive knowledge of Latin American history. Applicants should submit a cover letter, CV, and a teaching dossier, including a brief teaching statement. Candidates may be contacted with a request for further information.
