Duke Kunshan University seeks applicants for a tenure-track faculty position (rank open) in Medical Physics to start in fall 2025. Duke Kunshan University currently has a master’s program in Medical Physics and is building up its research capabilities in medical physics which will be broadened to include new frontiers in medical physics such as AI applications in medical physics and health care. Close collaborations with other academic and medical institutions are highly encouraged. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in an appropriate field at the time of application. Postdoctoral research/training experience in either therapeutic or imaging physics or both with an equivalent professional certification in one of medical physics specialties is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to conduct outstanding independent research, be an excellent teacher (or show promise for excellent teaching and mentoring), and capability of doing community outreach/professional services. Leadership skills in managing a graduate program is a plus. Candidates whose research and/or teaching are interdisciplinary centered on Medical Physics are strongly encouraged to apply.
