Position Description

The Kravis Department of Integrated Sciences at Claremont McKenna College invites applicants for a full-time two-year visiting Assistant Professor of Chemistry starting on July 1, 2025. The successful candidate is expected to hold a Ph.D. by the time of the appointment.

The successful applicant will teach lecture and lab courses in introductory chemistry and organic chemistry. The teaching load is approximately five semester courses per year. The candidate must have demonstrated the highest standards of excellence in teaching.

Anticipated annual salary range:

$76,000 - $83,000
