The Reconfigurable Quantum Materials Lab is a new lab at University of California, Berkeley, Department of EECS, led by Prof. Yuan Cao, and focus on utilizing cross-disciplinary techniques to study fundamental properties and potential applications of 2D materials. We are currently looking to hire one to two motivated postdoctoral researchers in the following areas (from high to low priority): 
  1. Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), with prior design and nanofabrication experiences
  2. Optoelectronics and optical engineering, with experience in lasers and cryogenic experiments
  3. Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) or MOCVD of 2D materials
