Description
The Heart Institute at Stony Brook Medicine is seeking an outstanding interventional and consultative cardiologist to help expand and shape cardiovascular services on the East End of Long Island. This is a unique opportunity where leadership in patient care, program development, and access to advanced services will have a direct and lasting impact on the community. Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MD, DO or MD/PhD (or foreign equivalent). Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Board certified/eligible in both Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. Excellence in clinical care and teaching in cardiology (inpatient and outpatient). U.S. work authorization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Level II training in echocardiography or advanced imaging, including nuclear training.
