Position Description

The group of T. Giamarchi in DQMP at the University of Geneva will have a postdoctoral opening for the academic year 2026-2027 (typical start in the fall of 2026). The position is for a nominal duration of two years but an extension to a third year is possible.

The subjects of interest of the group are on theory of quantum matter, both in a condensed matter and in a cold atomic context, with a special interest on strongly correlated low dimensional systems. Another line of research of the group is in the direction of the effects of disorder on quantum or classical systems.
