Position Description:

TU Wien is Austria's largest institution of research and higher education in the fields of technology and natural sciences.

At the Institute for Theoretical Physics TU Wien is offering a position of a non-tenure track assistant professor (6 year postdoc position with teaching obligations). Expected start: September 2026.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate who is able to conceive and conduct ground-breaking research in high energy theory, broadly defined. We offer job stability for 6 years for the individual to carry out a multi-year research project.
