Position Description

The Wang lab at Duke University has an opportunity for a qualified Postdoctoral Associate candidate interested in answering fundamental questions that lie at the interface of organic chemistry and chemical biology. The candidate will develop new chemical methods and small-molecule based probes to advance understanding of important biological pathways and genes for the treatment of human disease. Towards this end, the candidate will exploit an interdisciplinary approach that integrates the principles of organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and molecular labeling through our studies in the synthesis and study of bioactive nitrogen-containing molecules.

A PhD in Chemistry or a related field is required.
