Our academic team will contribute to the co-creation and delivery of an innovative, transdisciplinary curriculum that integrates engineering, design, management, social sciences, and beyond, with a strong emphasis on real-world problem-solving and the transformative role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. You will have the opportunity to engage in teaching, research, and community-oriented initiatives through a collaborative, transdisciplinary approach, supported by strong industry partnerships and collaborations, at our fully residential, state-of-the-art campus in Goa, India.

What you will do:
  • Curriculum design
  • High impact research and knowledge dissemination
  • Building and engaging in strong industry partnerships and collaborations
  • Establishing thought leadership around WPU GŌA model
  • Commitment to collaborative learning culture
  • Mentoring diverse group of students
  • Lead and impact the society through knowledge solutions

What you will not:
  • Chasing the publication numbers without impact
  • Teaching and researching without inter-connection
  • Theorizing above application of knowledge
  • Anything that don’t add value to teaching-learning process

A Successful Candidate:
  • Earned doctorate with a good master’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to teach across disciplinary boundaries
  • Publication record in high-impact journal will be a plus but not a mandatory criterion for fresh PhDs
  • Experience in translating academic work into industry-relevant applications or partnerships
  • Experience with innovative pedagogies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
