Position Description
As the preeminent educational institution in the world focused on work, employment and labor, the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) generates and shares knowledge that improves the lives of workers and transforms the future of work.Appointment Details:
This is a full-time, academic, non-tenure track, term position with an initial one-year appointment from July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027. The position may be extended for a second year, depending on available funding and work.
No teaching responsibilities are required for this position.
The Postdoctoral Associate will receive regular supervision and mentorship from Associate Professor Dina Bishara
The Postdoctoral Associate will receive $70,000.00 in salary as well as a modest research budget and moving allowance.

Pay Ranges:
The hiring rate of pay for the successful candidate will be determined considering the following criteria:
- Prior relevant work or industry experience.
- Education level to the extent education is relevant to the position.
- Academic Discipline (faculty pay ranges reflects 9-month annual salary)
- Unique applicable skills.
