Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago invites applications for multiple teaching faculty positions for its newly established Mumbai campus in India. The College of Computing of Illinois Tech will offer bachelor’s and master’s in Computer Science, bachelor’s and master’s in Artificial Intelligence, and master’s in Data Science at its Mumbai campus.Illinois Tech is seeking teaching-track candidates at all ranks and in all areas of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence for these programs. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have interest and experience in the following topics: object-oriented programming, data structures, discrete structures, computer organization, machine learning, deep learning, algorithms, science of programming, computer vision, advanced AI, natural language processing, and data preparation and analysis.
Applicants are expected to have a PhD or at least a minimum of a M.S. degree or equivalent in computer science or a closely related field at the start of the appointment.
