Pitzer College invites applications for a Visiting Professor of Environmental Analysis and Anthropology. We are interested in a multi-disciplinary scholar with a passion for teaching and a commitment to mentoring students. Particular areas of interest include but are not limited to critical theory, landscape studies, STS, urban studies, archaeology, and critical cartography. Pitzer College welcomes candidates who can contribute to the College’s mission and distinctive educational objectives, which promote interdisciplinary perspectives, intercultural understanding, and concern with social responsibility and the ethical implications of knowledge and action. Compensation: $71,513.00 The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
