Position Description
The Department of Art, Art History & Visual Studies at Duke University, North Carolina, is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Graphic Design Instructor position for the academic year 2024-2025.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited institution with a terminal degree in a field related to graphic design and UX/UI design. As the Brock Family Instructor in Studio Arts, the successful applicant will teach a total of 4 courses on drawing, graphic design, and UX/UI design, and will also have an exhibition scheduled for their work during the academic year. Candidates with experience teaching college-level studio arts courses and a significant exhibition and/or publication record will be particularly competitive.
