LECTURER OPENINGS, 2022-23 University of California, Davis Department of Physics & Astronomy Position: Pre-Six Lecturer position(s) in the Department of Physics &
Astronomy for the 2022-23 academic year. Appointments are
subject to availability of funding and final approval by the Dean
of the College of Letters & Sciences. Qualifications: M.S. in physics or physics-related field is required. PhD in
physics or physics-related field strongly preferred; college
and/or university teaching preferred. Description of Duties: Duties will include teaching in lower division physics and/or
astronomy lecture courses and labs. Salary: Commensurate with candidate’s training and experience. Dates Available: Fall Quarter, September 19, 2022 – December 9, 2022; Winter Quarter, January 6, 2023 – March 24, 2023; Spring Quarter, March 30, 2023 – June 15, 2023 Application Deadline: Open until filled, but to ensure full consideration apply by June
