We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative researcher with a PhD in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, or Philosophy to join the lab of Walter Sinnott-Armstrong at Duke University. The ideal candidate should have strong interests in moral psychology as well as strong background and skills in empirical research methods. In addition to conducting their own research, the post-doctoral fellow is expected to collaborate with philosophers, psychologists, and evolutionary anthropologists in studies of moral judgments and implicit moral attitudes about refugees and other outsiders and how they affect social comity, among other related topics. Salary and benefits will be competitive. Initial appointment of 1 year with potential for renewal. Starting date July 1, 2024 or later, if preferred.
