About Us: The Hickey Lab is a dynamic and diverse team of engineers and scientists dedicated to solving complex health problems through innovative systems biology approaches. Our research focuses on understanding and manipulating spatial relationships between cells in tissues, bridging the realms of engineering and immunology. We employ cutting-edge systems immunology tools and multiplexed imaging techniques to gain insights into tissue structure in situ. Our work plays a crucial role in advancing our understanding of anti-cancer cell therapies and developing novel treatment strategies.

 

Job Description: As an Associate in Research at the Hickey Lab, you will play a vital role in our research efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running multiplexed imaging experiments, processing, and analyzing data.
  • Creating and managing lab reagents and equipment.
  • Managing lab data and protocols.
  • Assisting in training new personnel.
  • Process and analyze spatial data.

 

Qualifications: We are looking for a detail-oriented, independent, and proactive individual who is well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to research and work ethic, and a positive attitude are required for this team-based position.

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in laboratory techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
