Position Description

The Randles Lab has an opening for a highly-motivated individual to pursue computational hemodynamics research in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our goal is to create vascular digital twins to improve diagnosis, monitoring, and treating of human disease.

 

The successful applicant will design and conduct computational experiments to advance the application of computational hemodynamic models of cardiovascular flow to aid in remote tracking and early diagnosis of disease.

 

The applicant will gain exposure to other projects in the lab, spanning machine learning, wearables, and physics-based models.  

 

The applicant must be detail-oriented, independent, proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple and changing priorities as needed to move experiments and the research program forward, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to research and work ethic, and a positive attitude are required for this team-based position.
