We seek an Associate-in-Research to assist in projects that examine the function and response of engineered human skeletal muscle and blood vessel microphysiological systems. Responsibilities include isolation and culture of human cells, differentiation of induced pluripotent cells to various cell types, flow cytometry, prepare and monitor microphysiological systems, analysis of gene expression using RT-PCR and protein levels using Western blotting, data analysis, and ordering and managing expenses on various research codes. You will be expected to present results periodically at group lab meetings.
