The Department of Sociology at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, invites applications for a part-time instructor to teach one section of SOCIOL 263: Aging and Health Policies in Spring 2025. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in one of the social sciences and college-level teaching experience. The course will provide a theoretical and empirical overview of how social institutions shape aging processes across the life course, with particular emphasis on the impact of health policies.
