The Department of History at Boston University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor, beginning in Fall 2023, in the history of Asian American, Pacific Islander, and/or Asian Diasporic peoples in the Americas, of any period including but not limited to the 19th and 20th centuries.
Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in research and teaching. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate core courses and in fields of specialization. Ph.D. in hand by beginning of employment.
