For Research Assistant post you will be about to complete a PhD, and for the Research Associate post you will already have a PhD in Theoretical Physics or an equivalent level of professional qualifications and experience.
In addition, you must also be able to demonstrate all the following essential criteria:
- Research experience in theoretical topics in the following areas: cosmology, quantum field theory, effective field theory, general relativity and other gravitational theories, cosmic microwave background, or gravitational waves.
- Evidence of outstanding promise and originality in research, demonstrated by a good publication record, commensurate with your career stage
This is a fixed-term position available for two years, with a possibility of extension, subject to funding.
