Position Description:
The University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School (UMass Chan), Department of Psychiatry seeks a
full-time Psychologist or Psychiatrist to lead research endeavors in geriatric mood disorders and dementia.
The ideal candidate would be willing to partner with Neurology, Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery
and Neurobiology in the UMass NeuroNexus Institute to promote inter departmental and
translational research. The candidate would build upon the institution’s strong clinical and
training programs in Neuropsychiatry, Neuropsychology and Geriatric Medicine. The ideal
candidate would have expertise in neuroimaging and biomarker exploration. Successful
candidates will demonstrate a commitment to education and scholarship.
