The University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School (UMass Chan), Department of Psychiatry seeks a full-time researcher focused on addiction and rehabilitation among transitional age youth. The candidate should qualify for a non-tenure track position at the Assistant, Associate or Full professor level.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of federal research grant funding and peer-review publications focused on postsecondary education or training and employment in youth and young adults.
UMass Chan School of Medical School is the only academic medical school in central Massachusetts and a destination site for excellent clinical care. The Department promotes academic, research and leadership opportunities through CME programs and the Center for Research and Development Office. It is a national leader in public sector psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, neurodevelopmental disorders, biological psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, forensic psychiatry, psychosocial rehabilitation, women’s mental health, and addiction psychiatry.
