The Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Biophysics (
https://www.bumc.bu.edu/PPB) at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine is seeking to recruit a new faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level with an innovative basic or translational cancer biology research program. Candidates must hold a PhD, MD, or equivalent degree and have a proven record of past and current extramural research funding in these areas. Scientists with an interest in the broad areas of cancer cell biology, epigenetics, immunology, genome stability, and/or experimental therapeutics are strongly encouraged to apply. It is expected that the candidate will establish a vibrant and externally-funded research program that trains PhD, MD, and MA students.
The Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine is part of the Boston University Medical Campus and has 660 medical students and a similar number of graduate students actively engaged in the study of medicine and biomedical sciences.
