The Global Undergraduate Program in Semiconductors (GUPS) at National Taiwan University calls for applications for two Faculty Positions (Assistant Professor or above) starting from February 1, 2025. A doctoral degree and the capability to teach in English are required.

1. Applicants shall also be able to teach undergraduate-level professional courses, together with general core education, liberal education, or service learning for at least 2 credits every academic year. They also need to assist the program with administrative and students affairs. Applicants must not be current full-time faculty or researchers employed by domestic public or private universities, colleges, or academic research institutions.
