The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University invites applications for one tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in our Management and Organizations Area with the appointment to begin July 1, 2025. Applicants must have been granted or nearly completed a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or a field that is broadly related, including psychology, sociology, management, and other disciplines that inform our understanding of management and organizations. The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate achievement of, or potential for, excellence in research and in teaching fulltime MBA students, executive MBA students, and students in other masters-level programs.
