The position is located at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and will be partnered with Hoover Fellows that include General James N. Mattis, USMC (Ret), Admiral James O. Ellis, Jr., USN (Ret), and James P. Timbie, a former senior official at the U.S. Department of State.
