The Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences (www.eaps.ethz.ch) at ETH Zurich invites applications for the above-mentioned position.

The study and development of methods to enhance CO2-sequestration by amplifying natural weathering or biochemical processes is an area of vital importance and enormous growth in the decades to come. Within the field of Geomitigation of Greenhouse Gases, the successful candidate is expected to create and oversee an innovative research program directed at topics such as geo-chemically and geo-biologically-mitigated removal of greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
