ECE is looking for a motivated individual and team player for a Postdoctoral Associate position to develop a CXL-based storage system that can fine-tune LLMs with great cost-effectiveness. This individual will exploit zeroth-order optimization to eliminate the need for backward propagation, thereby reducing memory requirements. Additionally, will further exploit CXL to improve memory organization while achieving better scheduling to reduce idle time. Write papers, and participate in writing grant proposals.
