Position Description

The Center for Particle Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology (NNU-PP) at Nanjing Normal University invites applications for 1-2 postdoctoral research positions. We seek outstanding candidates to join our group in one or more of the following areas, including but not limited to:
  • Higgs Physics 
  • Neutrino Physics
  • Dark Matter 
  • Machine Learning in Particle Physics 
  • Phase Transition and Gravitational Wave
About NNU-PP

Our research center hosts an active and dynamic group of researchers, including faculty members Ariel Arza, Peter Athron, Ning Liu, Chih-Ting Lu, Lei Wu, and Yongcheng Wu, as well as postdoctoral fellows Arvind Mishra and Satyabrata Datta. We offer a collaborative environment with ample opportunities for academic growth and interdisciplinary research. 

Position Details 
  • Appointment: Initial term of 2 years, with a possibility of renewal for a third year based on performance. 
  • Salary and Benefits: 
    • Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. 
    • Subsidized housing options through the university. 
    • Exceptional candidates will be nominated for the prestigious China/Jiangsu Province Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program. Successful nominees will receive enhanced benefits, including a significantly increased stipend and a dedicated travel budget, with the total annual salary package reaching up to 600,000 RMB/year.
