The International Centre for Theoretical Physics Asia-Pacific (ICTP-AP) in Beijing, also in collaboration with the theory group of the Institute de Física d'Altes Energies (IFAE) in Spain, announces the opening of two to three postdoctoral positions for 2025. The candidate should have a doctoral degree and experience in High-Energy Particle Physics, especially in Effective Field Theory, S-matrix Bootstrap, Scattering Amplitudes, New Physics and its phenomenology. The successful candidate is expected to work with Prof. Teng Ma (https://inspirehep.net/authors/1064170?ui-citation-summary=true) in ICTP-AP and Prof. Alex Pomarol in IFAE. The candidate will spend three months each year visiting the theoretical group in IFAE. The position will be for two years, with the strong possibility of extending for the third year. The salary is around 320,000 CNY per year before tax. Additional funding is available for travel expenses, and benefits are purchased by the institute. ICTP-AP operates in affiliation to the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), and is under the auspices of UNESCO in cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the National Science Foundation China (NSFC), and the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP, Trieste).
