Description
1.The Master Program in Global Agriculture Technology and Genomic Science at National Taiwan University invites application for one full-time faculty position (Assistant Professor or above) specialized in “Smart Agriculture Integrated System”, with an anticipated start date of February 1, 2026. Applicants with research experiences in precision agriculture and agriculture technology (including bioengineering, food biotechnology, big data analysis, but not limited to these fields) are encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. degree and capability of teaching in English are required. Applicants who can teach courses in the areas of Digital Agriculture, Precision Agriculture, or Agricultural Data Science are preferred. 2.Documents required for application include: (1) Curriculum Vitae including nationality, date of birth, education background, summary of research field (within 250 words), current position, working experience, the publication list within past seven years (please provide corresponding full-text papers in PDF files, published after February 1, 2019). (2) A cover letter indicating an expected position rank (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) to apply and one designated representative research paper. The representative paper should be published in international peer reviewed journals within the past five years (after February 1, 2021). For applicants who apply “Assistant Professor” position and received doctoral degree within the past three years (after February 1, 2023), the Ph.D. dissertation can be considered as the representative paper.
