Postdoctoral Fellowships in Quantum Information

The Condensed Matter Theory Group at Hanyang University seeks highly motivated postdoctoral researchers to join our team! Supported by Korea’s prestigious Brain Korea 21 Fellowship and Basic Research Lab Fellowship.

This position offers a unique opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research in Quantum Computing, Quantum Algorithm, and Numerical Simulation.

This position, led by Prof. Sangmo Cheon, provides an exciting chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative research environment with access to top theoretical and experimental groups.

Research Areas

l  Fault-tolerant Topological Computing

l  Topological and Neutral Atom Quantum Computer & Simulator Platform

l  Quantum Simulation and Emulation

l  Quantum Error Correction and Quantum Algorithms

l  Numerical Simulation Methods such as
- Density Matrix Embedding Theory (DMET)
- Density Matrix Renormalization Group (DMRG)
- Quantum Monte Carlo (QMC)
etc.
