Position Description
HICKEY LAB Seeking an Associate in Research that will be responsible for conjugation of custom 58-plex, DNA-barcoded antibody panel to characterize major immune, mesenchymal, epithelial, and stromal cell populations. The technician will validate antibodies in single-plex stains and in multiplexed. They will also be responsible for running and processing the CODEX multiplexed imaging data and analyzing down-stream single cell data. They will perform image processing, single-cell analysis, and detailed spatial bioinformatics. This will include cell-cell interaction analysis, spatial neighborhoods, and tissue schematics. They will be responsible for meeting with other lab members, PI, and collaborators to discuss the results as well as preparing and giving presentations to the broader research community.
