Position Description
Chilkoti Lab Seeking Research Scientist The scientist will be responsible for the recombinant synthesis, expression, purification, and characterization of novel thermally responsive biopolymers. Scientist will also assist with the identification of novel affinity-matured constructs for targeted delivery systems. The scientist will assist with designing, planning, and executing animal (mouse) studies for novel biopolymers as cancer therapeutics. Experience in recombinant cloning, drug delivery, protein purification/characterization, mouse handling, cell culture, radionuclide chemistry preferred.
