The Department of Physics in The Grainger College of Engineering seeks applicants for an Electrical Engineer position to work in several areas within the department. This position is responsible for the development of electronics and instrumentation needed for nuclear physics and other physics group's research projects. They will collaborate with engineers, researchers, students, and faculty to solve highly complex technical problems to enable research in nuclear physics and other fields. The incumbent will train students in aspects of modern analog and digital electronics and is expected to bring creativity and design capabilities to the tasks. This position will require travel to offsite laboratories and research facilities, including international locations.
